Alkaline fasting is the gentle alternative to classic fasting. Fresh fruits, colorful salads and hearty soups, lovingly prepared and served, create well-being and vitality. This will bring your acid-base balance back into an optimal balance. Vitamins, minerals, and enzymes are a top notch rejuvenation program for your cells; the fiber will help you with digestion and as a pleasant side effect, the pounds can also shed.
